A retired chief human resources officer, Joe's work has focused on improving the self-awareness, behavior and actions of leaders and their ability to galvanize successful relationships and direct the personal and professional development of leaders in order to create clarity and alignment in workplace and culture systems and enable them to invite people to bring the most extraordinary, high-performing versions of themselves to work.
